Gusset: from min 30* to max 90 (* = only for the front 60)
Repeat length (print): from min 180 to max 420
Volume:
From the repeat length leave the film necessary to form the bottom.
Gusset width:
Advise > of ½ pouch width
Max 90 but anyway 1cm < front.
Patch: ½ cm < front, until to a max of 135. |

It could be in cellophane or paper (following the customer needs) and applied with
glue.
N.B.: The material have to be treated at list 42 din.
How to calculate the film necessary for the gusset:
1.With gusset > of ½ width: 4mm less than front.
2.With gusset≤ of ½ width: 4mm than the open gusset size.
Back Sealing 20mm
With film simplex or duplex< of 40
My: The back sealing is hit sealed.
With film simplex or duplex ≥ of 40
My: The back sealing is made by meltex.
Internal diameter: 76 o 152
External diameter : from 450 to 550
Winding:
N.B.: In case of printed film the eye mark has to be placed at 1/0.5 cm from the
end of the bottom and not on the back sealing |
